I had a long career as a road and mountain bike racer. This has helped me bring my passion and education together to coach my athletes and clients to their highest goals and abilities. I adjust my coaching style to fit the needs of each athlete through the different fitness modalities of cycling, strength and functional training, and stretching instruction. My goal is to guide people to their own athletic excellence.
